Can everyone be Hypnotised?
Yes, everybody can be Hypnotised because everybody can enter what we call "trance states" and we do it all the time. But don't worry, you can only be Hypnotised if you want to be Hypnotised.
When you are in a trance you are still completely conscious, you likely enter trance when you are driving the car. In these moments you are not unconscious or asleep, but you may find that you've travelled quite a distance and not really realised. If a car pulled out in front of you, you would be able to react accordingly because you are still conscious and aware and it is no different in therapy.
