Sadly due to coronavirus and other personal reasons, I have decided to discontinue my work as a Hypnotherapist.
I would like to dearly thank all of my clients from the past 7 years for working with me. It has been an amazing time of my life, I've met so many amazing people along the way which have never failed to inspire me every day and made my work life so enjoyable.
This has been a difficult and sad choice to make but I feel it is the best option for me at the moment and I'm feeling confient moving forward into other work and will enjoy continuing to work on the YouTube channel as a hobby.

This weeks Hypnotherapy track is focused on Motivation.
Motivation has always been something I have struggled with throughout my life, even nowadays motivation isn't always a constant in my life but it remains absolutely essential and I am always working to improve my motivation by using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy techniques like the ones found in this track.
I've put a lot of time and energy into this one and I really hope it can help you to find your motivation.
Hypnotherapy tracks are most effective when used every day, why not set yourself a challenge of listening each day for a week and see where it takes you?
This track lasts about 26 minutes but if you were to use it while going to sleep you don't even have to dedicate any time to it, if you fall asleep a few minutes in that's completely fine, the subconscious acts on this information even while you sleep.

My newest Home Hypnotherapy track is for those of you who struggle particularly with sleep and sleeping routines.
Listen to this track at night to help you relax and fall asleep. If you are trying to work towards that ideal sleep routine, going to bed earlier and allowing yourselves a decent nights sleep.
Make sure to use this each night and take small steps towards that perfect sleep routine. Remember change causes stress and if we set our bar too high we can face resistance from the primitive brain. To get around this, we make changes at a reasonable pace which ensures you the best chance of creating change that lasts.

Hypnosis can change the way we feel and perceive pain and is even used today in surgery which is known as "Hypnosurgery" or “hypnoanaesthetic”.
Here’s an interesting piece of the history for you:
In 1808-1859 a Scottish doctor named Dr. James Esdaile, was experimenting with hypnosis in his operations in his practice in India. At a time where there were no truly effective anaesthetics available, he claimed to have carried out several thousand minor operations as well as 300 major operations of which 19 were amputations using hypnosis for anaesthetic!
These reports of course lead to much controversy, and upon returning to the UK from India he was unable to replicate his reported results. These claims will likely never be proven and are pretty outrageous (you don’t need to tell me!), but it’s still an interesting piece of the history of hypnosis.
We now have a much better understanding of how hypnosis actually alters the state of the brain (look up EEG reports of the brain under hypnosis) and we can also understand the relevance of the mental state to the pain networks of the brain and the central nervous system.
There are multiple benefits to using hypnosis in surgery as more modern reports have shown. With the patients in a state of trance, surgeons are able to communicate with them throughout the procedure, even asking them to move around at times. It has also been reported that patients do not bleed as heavily during surgery when using hypnosis and local anaesthetics as opposed to being sedated.
If you are interested in reaching your own conclusions on this information, there are several doctors in today’s times who are experimenting with hypnosis in surgery you can look up such as Dr Marie-Elisabeth Faymonville; Dr David Spiegel; Dr Rumi Peynovska to name a few.
